She has very acetic, but I think that it's very delicious when it's eaten together with a rice. I have eaten about 500 Umeboshi during one year every year :-) Thus, I need to make them by the bucket....
Today morning, my wife and I began to dry Umeboshi and the beefsteak plant in the sun for 3 days!!
They are 15 kg :-)
